Refund Policy

1. General Guidelines

This Refund Policy is issued by Payt World OÜ, a private limited company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of Estonia, with its registered address at Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10115, Estonia ("PAYT", "we", "our" or "us").

PAYT acts as Merchant of Record for the international transactions conducted through the PAYT platform (the "Platform") and is solely responsible for processing a refund connected with such a transaction, in accordance with this Refund Policy and applicable payment-network rules.

At PAYT, buyer satisfaction matters to us. Every digital product and service sold through the Platform — including, without limitation, an online course, digital content, an educational programme, a mentorship, a coaching service, and a subscription or other recurring digital service — is subject to this Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise expressly stated on the applicable sales page, a digital product or service is eligible for a 7 (seven) day money-back guarantee, counted exclusively from the date of purchase. Some digital products or services may offer a different refund period, which will be clearly disclosed on the relevant sales page or checkout screen. If a buyer is not satisfied with a digital product or service, for any reason, within the applicable refund period, the buyer may submit a refund request in accordance with this Policy.

2. Subscriptions and Recurring Digital Services

Certain digital products or services may be offered on a subscription or recurring basis, where a charge is applied automatically at a predefined interval.

Subscription cancellation. A buyer may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent a future recurring charge, by contacting PAYT support at [email protected] or through an available account or order-management tool on the Platform, where applicable. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, a cancellation request should be submitted at least 3 business days before the next scheduled billing date.

Refunds for a subscription charge. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle the buyer to a refund for an amount already charged. A buyer may request a refund for a subscription charge within 7 days from the date of the applicable charge, unless a different refund period is expressly disclosed.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, a buyer may contact PAYT support by sending an email to [email protected] or by submitting a refund request directly through the following page: https://paytworld.com/refund.

A buyer must provide sufficient information to identify the transaction. A refund is issued solely to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Processing Time

An approved refund is generally processed within 5–10 business days. The time required for the refunded amount to appear on the buyer's bank or card statement may vary depending on the payment method, the card network and the financial institution concerned; such processing time is outside PAYT's control.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or another payment dispute with a bank, card issuer or payment institution, a buyer is strongly encouraged to contact PAYT's customer support team at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the issue directly.

PAYT acts as Merchant of Record and manages a chargeback or dispute in accordance with the rules, procedures and timelines the applicable card networks and payment schemes establish, Visa and Mastercard among them. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter through PAYT's support channels may result in a delay, an additional review, or the application of a payment-network rule outside PAYT's control.

6. Changes and Updates to This Policy

PAYT may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. An updated version is made available on the Platform.

7. Effective Date

This Refund Policy is effective as of the date of publication and remains in force until amended or replaced.
